Terms of Use (EULA)

1. The app and who provides it

The Peptide & Co. mobile application (the “App”) is provided by Peptide & Co. Research Labs (“we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms are between you and us. Apple Inc. is not a party to these Terms.

2. Research and informational use only — no medical advice

The App is a calculator, log, and inventory tool provided for research and informational purposes only. It is not a medical device. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it does not recommend, prescribe, or endorse any dose or substance. Any values you enter are your own. You are solely responsible for verifying every calculation and for any decisions you make. Always consult a qualified professional. Use of the App is at your own risk.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use the App.

4. License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or distribute the App.

5. Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation

The reconstitution calculator is free. Peptide & Co. Pro unlocks the dose log, dosing schedules with reminders, and inventory through an auto-renewable subscription:

• Yearly — $59.99/year, following a 3-day free trial.
• Weekly — $9.99/week, following a 3-day free trial.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription renews automatically for the same price and period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel your subscription in your device’s App Store account settings. Prices may vary by region and may change with notice as permitted by the App Store.

6. Your data

The App stores the information you enter locally on your device. Our handling of information is described in the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App or its calculations are error-free or suitable for any particular use.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of or reliance on the App or its calculations. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Apple-required terms

These Terms are between you and us only, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App. Apple is not responsible for product warranties, claims, or third-party intellectual-property claims relating to the App. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. The current version is posted at this address.
